Processing Ledger

Tracks which source documents have been fully processed into the wiki (character/event/location/faction/lore/item pages updated, cross-links added, contradictions and unresolved threads logged) versus which are still pending. See CLAUDE.md §9 ("Process Latest Session") for the workflow this ledger supports.

Every source file should appear here exactly once, in the order it was ingested. When a new source arrives, add a row in Pending immediately (even before reading it), then move it to Processed once the full workflow below has been run against it.

How to use this ledger

1. New source arrives → add it to Pending with today's date and where it was saved under Sources/.
2. Run the "Process Latest Session" workflow (CLAUDE.md §9) against it.
3. Move the row to Processed, noting the date processed and a one-line summary of what changed.
4. Never mark something Processed until every affected page has actually been updated and committed.
