Marle

Princess of Truce/Enhasa, introduced to the party in Session 2 and a near-constant companion for the rest of the campaign. Per the Ending Outline, marries Onyx Battleborne and becomes queen of Porre.

Overview

Marle is revealed as the missing princess when a stage magician's "teleporter" trick accidentally swaps her with a lookalike (later revealed to be the actual queen, generations earlier, due to the party's time travel). She travels with the party across multiple eras thereafter, forming a romantic relationship with Onyx that deepens across the campaign.

History

Marle's disappearance from the teleporter act in Session 2 launches the party into their first jump through time. She becomes a fixture of the group — fighting alongside them, getting drunk and causing chaos at least twice (including an infamous incident where she climbs into Laethan's bed while intoxicated, mistaking it for her own, to Onyx's fury), and consistently supporting Onyx through his search for his birth family. She is present for the "school-photo" reveal that ties her to the Battleborne and Windsor-adjacent royal lines of Truce/Enhasa across centuries.

Per the Ending Outline, Marle accompanies Onyx during the Gap Year to retake Porre, becomes engaged to and then marries him, and attends the Windsor wedding as queen of Porre.
